FAQ

  • a) Go to Atomy website, select the country and click on “Login”.
  • b) Under “My Office” -> click on “Edit My Account” located at the right of the screen
  • c) Click on the “Change password” button to set a new password.

 


 

  • a) Go to Atomy website, select the country and click on “Login”.
  • b) Under “Shopping Mall”, select the product categories.
  • c) Under the product page, click on “Buy Now” to checkout for payment immediately or,
  • d) Select “Shopping Cart” to continue shopping for other products.
  • e) Click on the “Shopping Cart” on the top right hand of the screen to checkout for payment.

  • a) Go to Atomy website, select the country and click on “Login”.
  • b) Under “My Office” -> click on “Lineage” located at the right of the screen
  • c) Click on “Search”, and it will list down the members’ ID under the left and right group.
  • *Do note that it only shows up to 100 levels at a time.
    • – To view the next 100 levels, scroll to the bottom of the screen and double click the member name, and it will display the “selected” member’s 100 levels.

 


 

  • a) Go to Atomy website, select the country and click on “Login”.
  • b) Click on “My Office” -> there will be an indication of the account type under the member ID.
  • *Do note that the “Consumer” account is only available to members in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.

Following are the prerequisites to accumulate the left and right group PV points:

  • a) For members in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, the account needs to be upgraded from “Consumer” to “Agent / Distributor”.
  • b) The account needs to purchase more than 10k PV of products.
  •  

By default, all countries’ account type is ‘Agent / Distributor’ except Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.

  • a) For members in Singapore, please download and email the signed request form to the SG office at sg.atomy@atomy.com.sg.
  • b) For members in Malaysia, please download, take a picture of the signed request form, and upload the file to www.atomy.kr/m/mload_my.
  • c) For members in Australia, please update the “Sole Trader ABN/NZBN” detail at “My Office” -> “Edit MyAccount” -> “ABN / NZBN / IRD update”.
  • * The verification process will take about 2 to 3 working days.

 


 

Below are the things to prepare in order to receive commission:

  • – Update your bank account details at “My Office” -> “Edit My Account” page.
  • – For members in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, please ensure you have upgraded your account type to “Agent / Distributor”.
  • – For members in the USA, please download and email both W-9 and Direct Deposit forms to the USA office at usa@atomy.kr.
